Cancellation & No Show policy:

At Wild Zen Massage, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. To respect our therapist’s time and other clients waiting for appointments, we ask that you review the following policy:

24-Hour Notice Required:

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another client.

Late Cancellations:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $50.

No-Shows:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service price.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. The full session fee will still apply.

Emergency Situations:

We understand that true emergencies and illnesses happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Breast, Chest & Oncology Massage:

Please note that if you are coming in for Breast, Chest & Oncology massage you will need to fill out forms prior to your appointment. Please schedule a 75 Minute Intake Appointment for your first visit.
